The Tyke Hike is a fun, nature-themed outdoor activity for young children, happening on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at The Woodlands Township Recreation Center. Designed especially for little hikers, the event includes a 0.8-mile guided trail walk with special surprises and a scavenger hunt based on a monthly “surprise book” theme to keep kids engaged and exploring. A snack break is included along the way, and parent participation is required to help make the adventure safe and enjoyable for all. This interactive hike encourages early outdoor learning, active play, and a love of nature for toddlers and preschool-age children.
