Nature School: Rivers is an engaging outdoor education program on Monday, March 9, 2026 from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the Fort Worth Nature Center & Refuge, where young learners ages 6–15 explore the Westfork of the Trinity River through hands-on activities and citizen science experiences. Designed to spark curiosity about local ecosystems, the program combines STEM-focused learning with real-world nature exploration, helping participants connect with the natural world in a fun and educational way. Guided by experienced instructors, kids will learn about river habitats, wildlife, and environmental science while participating in engaging outdoor activities.
