The Health + Fitness Festival and Expo (formerly the Healthy Harvest Festival) is a free community event taking place on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Hosted at the Baylor Scott & White Health and Wellness Center in Dallas, this inaugural expo focuses on empowering residents to prioritize physical activity and overall wellness. The festival offers a wide array of activities, including free health screenings, immunizations, fitness challenges, and cooking demonstrations. Families can enjoy youth-focused activities and free food while connecting with local health resources. A unique "Church Challenge" will also recognize the largest participating group from local congregations.
