Fly Fishing 101 at Sea Center Texas is a free, hands-on educational clinic designed to introduce beginners to the fundamentals of fly fishing. Open to both adults and youth with some prior fishing experience, the program covers essential topics such as equipment, casting techniques, and fly tying. Participants will learn the differences between fly fishing and traditional methods while gaining practical skills in a supportive outdoor setting. All equipment is provided, and attendees may even have the opportunity to practice catch-and-release fishing if conditions allow.
