Advancing Educational Leadership (AEL) is a three-day professional training event hosted by ESC Region 13 designed to equip current and aspiring school leaders with the skills to foster positive, collaborative campus cultures and improve instructional outcomes. It fulfills the Texas requirement for TTESS appraisers and blends practical examples with research-based leadership development to address real challenges faced by educational administrators. Participants will engage in focused sessions that enhance both leadership competencies and essential soft skills relevant to modern school environments.
