The Bulkhead on Kontiki Harbor was recently raised to a 4.5' elevation. The Subdivision is the last acreage available with Water/Bay access east of Fulton Beach Road and north of Fulton, TX. Part of a six lot subdivision with legal access Via its Harbor and JV Agreements. This allows access to the Boat Ramp, Fishing Pier, Breakwater, and Harbor. An agreement is being worked on with one HOA involved for Pool access.
