Beautiful rolling hills and long views from top of hills to Lake Aquilla and I-35. Mature large oak trees on most of land and on top of hills, native grasses, lots of pave road frontage, sandy clay loam soils excellent for grass production for horses and cattle. Only 2 miles from Aquilla. Small schools but best in the state.
