Nice , but limited homesite located right in Blanco. Walk to all 3 schools and anything Blanco has to offer. The home will probably be limited to around 800 sq ft ground floor on lot 2 due to a drainage easement, which only flows during rains. Lot 3 has a larger build site,but driveway will cross drainage easement.
