GREAT CANYON LAKE LOT HIGH ON THE HILL WITH VIEWS!! NO CITY AND NO HOA!! I have a survey as well as a tree survey and topo survey for the property. I have designed a guest house with an office suite next to it and also a main house in the rear that can be private and gated from the front and the front can be used for daily rentals or monthly rents to make extra income. No city or HOA to ask permission. I am a builder and can design and build anything you desire. I purchased this lot to build myself this product but can also build for someone else. I love Canyon Lake because it has stores and convivence close by but no city or HOA to battle with if you want to something
