20 acres in Lubbock County

This prime location is a rare opportunity for land that hasn't been farmed with cotton and has great grass and rolling terrain. The property sits in Liberty Cooper Schools and is in the growth path of Lubbock's Southwest corridor right down the road from Davis Park and South Fork both of which are statement features of million dollar home neighborhoods. Water test was already completed and there is great water.
