We have 35 & 45 acre lots located right outside of Andrews, Texas. Land has very little restrictions. These restrictions read: NO COMMERCIAL SHOOTING RANGES AND NO JUNKYARDS. Other than that, you can do whatever you want. Mobile homes, Rv's, four-wheel, hunt, etc. Utilities: We drilled four water wells throughout the property, and they all averaged around 5-15 gallons a minute.
