The Buyer is responsible for conducting their own due diligence regarding the existing structure. The Seller makes no representations or warranties as to the condition, suitability, or compliance of the unfinished structure. By proceeding with the purchase, the Buyer assumes all risks associated with finishing the structure as a dwelling or demolishing it, if preferred.
