This could be a super nice, large home site for new build or manufactured house. Or, it could be divided into two or three sites. There is currently two service hookups for electric, water and sewer. The garage has good bones, but needs to be re-skinned. It is always a good idea to verify proposed usage with the City of Kermit prior to entering an agreement.
