Very nice furnished cabin with kitchen appliances, living room furniture that can be used for STR. Living room has beamed timbers with metal ceiling, vinyl plank flooring, large corner pantry between open shelves above and white cabinetry below,offset by stained wood counters. Amenities include an Electric fireplace and wall mounted TV in the living area. The bedrooms have sliding barn doors going into their individual bathrooms. In addition to metal ceilings through out and special wood shutters, the shower is also lined with a metal surround for easy care and a country feel. 2nd bathroom has a similar shower, and includes washer/dryer. Front and back of cabin has covered porches to sit in your rockers and enjoy the country view. In addition, there's a wellhouse and septic system making the cabin fully functional. Views from back porch include a seasonal creek and water hole. This was built to be a guest house or for B&B use. Minimum sq ft required in restrictions is 1400 sq ft for main house and 700 sq ft for guest house and any B&B's.
