Great little rugged recreational property! If you want to escape the noise, hustle and bustle of city life, or have a weekend getaway, this is the place for you. There is a ridge in the middle of the property with a 90 ft of elevation on the west side and 40 ft elevation change on the east side. Heavily wooded primarily with a variety of Oaks and cedars. There is a 40' Excaliber sea container set up as a cabin with a deck, AC, kitchenette, living area with TV, queen bed and twin beds for the whole gang to sleep. The end of the container has double windows with a small storage area that can be protected by closing the metal doors. There are amazing views of the valley to the west and surrounding area & sunsets. Whether you're hunting animals or plants this is an excellent place to be. With all of the tree species variety, fall colors are amazing (especially with all of Red Oaks). There is a half mile of pasture easement road for access which means no one will drop in on you. Being in the property almost has the feeling of being in the mountains. There is no septic in place and rural water is not in the area, but you could install your own well and enjoy self-sufficient living.
