White Rock Country Rags & Doodads was founded on 11-01-11 by two sisters, Angela and Melissa. The sisters grew up in Huntsville, Texas and spent time at White Rock Marina, which inspired the name of their boutique. Both sisters have been business owners since graduating from Cy-Fair High School. Melissa was involved in fashion due to her years of performing on stage, and Angela and their mother Debbie were fashion consultants. Together, the sisters combined their knowledge and experience to create White Rock Country Rags & Doodads. They also have a passion for saving abandoned and abused animals and support their non-profit 501C-3, Labor of Love of Texas. The boutique aims to provide a great shopping experience both online and in their brick and mortar store, hoping customers will leave as friends.
