Founded after Frank Tirey sold his Midland County & Winkler County title plants and business to Stewart Title Midland and remained with the company as President until 2018, he then purchased what is now known as Western Abstract and Title Company. Western Abstract and Title Company has title plants covering sovereignty to present for Reeves County, Loving County, and Culberson County. They also craft customized title solutions.
