Attorney Anson Howard, co-owner of fourth-generation family ranches, has represented surface owners in Eagle Ford and Permian surface use agreements, pipeline right-of-way negotiations, water purchase agreements and soil carbon storage agreements, and serves on the Texas Wildlife Association Executive Committee and the Texas Brigades Board of Directors. Other attorneys include F. Parks Brown, who focuses on carbon capture work, and Trace Burton, a past chair of OGERL. The firm is headquartered at 4040 Broadway in San Antonio and opened a Sonora office in August 2025, extending its reach into South and West Texas ranch country.
