Texas Hunter & Jumper Association

The Texas Hunter and Jumper Association (THJA) was formed in 1948 as an association of exhibitors and became a Texas nonprofit corporation in 1953. THJA supports its membership and their horses with educational programs and scholarships and with horse show oversight which encourages the safety and welfare of both. The organization provides resources such as the latest points standings, membership applications, a directory of THJA recognized shows, and updates. It offers various membership types, including Lifetime Farm, Annual Farm/Business, and individual memberships. Horse-related services include registration, name changes, ownership transfers, and lease recording. The THJA hosts an annual awards banquet.
