Texas Horsemen's Partnership

The Texas Horsemen's Association, Inc. advocates for owners and trainers in Quarter Horse and Minor Breed racing, promoting the horse racing industry in Texas. It partners with the Texas Thoroughbred Horsemen's Association as the Texas Horsemen's Partnership, recognized by the Texas Racing Commission. Goals include ensuring purse distributions, improving racing quality, securing racing opportunities, and improving living conditions for stable personnel. They establish statutes/contracts and support the Texas Horsemen's Assistance Fund, the Centralized Horsemen's Bookkeeper System, equine education, and medication testing. The Texas Horsemen's Partnership provides employees at each licensed Class I and Class II horse racetrack to assist members.
