Texas Equine Education & Horsemanship

Texas Equine Education & Horsemanship delivers horsemanship lessons to riders of all ages, beginning with ground instruction and progressing to saddle work. The program aims to build confidence on various horses, teaching both English and Western riding styles. Texas Equine provides foundational horsemanship, with lessons enhancing cognitive and physical abilities, improving memory, coordination, balance, problem-solving, and emotional regulation. The facility also provides an Industry Readiness Program, which is essentially an internship, to help participants experience different aspects of the equine industry. The Reading Rein is a reading challenge for young horse lovers. Texas Equine also provides services to veterans, military members, first responders and their families to facilitate healing and build and strengthen relationships through equine interaction and outdoor activities in a peaceful farm setting.
