TCH Underground, established in 1980, is a utility construction company specializing in Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD). They offer services such as electrical/telecom duct bank construction, water/wastewater construction, HDPE services, hydro excavation, maintenance & rehabilitation, concrete producing services, and emergency response. TCH recognizes the challenges of growing regulations and environmental concerns and provides support to customers through experience in HDD and utility construction. TCH began its HDD division in 1993 and has since led the Houston and Gulf Coast market in developing the technology and educating owners and engineers on the advantages of HDD.
