Reclaimed Space specializes in building sustainable, modular living spaces using 100-year-old reclaimed barn wood and corrugated metal. They source materials from historic barns and homes across the United States. Each space is custom-built in their warehouse and shipped to its final destination. Reclaimed Space builds modular homes, Texas cabins, furniture, and bars. Founded by rancher and environmentalist, Tracen Gardner, the company grew from an appreciation and respect for the land. The company has built over 70 custom designed homes that have been delivered to California, Colorado, and all over Texas. Reclaimed Space also develops integrated master plans for resorts, hunting lodges, ranches, summer camps and wineries.
