Metzler founded the company shortly after graduating from Texas A&M with a degree in Wildlife and Fishery Sciences. Services include consulting, lake surveys, vegetation treatments, clearing muddy ponds and water quality management, with Pond Management Sales and Service Manager Kenny Fleitman running the fish-stocking and electrofishing side of the business. The company also operates a retail division selling pontoon boats, docks and feeders, including a Fish Barn west of Gainesville. It ships and installs across Texas and Oklahoma and now also services the College Station area, based in Cooke County.
