Panhandle Safe Hayven Equine Rescue was founded in 2003 as a non-profit organization in the Texas Panhandle. The rescue provides a facility for horses in need. They rely on the support of people who believe in their mission and are a 100% volunteer organization. They have horses on four different properties, which enables them to group them according to their needs. The organization has horses available for adoption.
