Irish Day Farm

Irish Day Farm is a hunter/jumper and dressage training and showing facility for riders of all ages and abilities. Owners Katie Lambert Boone and Hans Boone focus on the basics and developing communication between horse and rider. They emphasize building an empathetic relationship with the horse and the physical skills needed to perform at a challenging technical level. Irish Day Farm is committed to excellent care for their horses, utilizing top veterinarians, farriers, and equine dentists, as well as alternative treatments like acupuncture, chiropractic care, and equine swimming. Katie Lambert Boone grew up riding green ponies, young jumpers, field hunters, and galloping race horses. Hans Jurgen Boone trained with Bob Greven, developing skills in dressage and jumping. He apprenticed with Baron van Heeckeren van Brandenburg and Ari Schram. Currently, Hans is head Trainer and Coach of classical dressage and a successful importer of selective warmbloods for competition.
