Founded in 1948, Hoffman’s Poultry (formerly Blyler Hatchery) remains a family-operated hatchery in Sunset, Texas. They hatch thousands of eggs weekly during peak season and offer chicks, pullets, and essential poultry equipment and guides. Visitors can see how their chickens are raised in person — they carry over 80 different breeds, serving families, homesteaders, and wholesalers across North Texas with transparency and passion.
