Broker-owner Tye Stephens grew up on a family ranch and previously managed some of the largest ranches in Texas. The firm partnered with the United Country network in February 2026 while keeping its own Hill Country office and broker. It maintains a second office in Ingram, Kerr County, and serves Kendall, Kerr, Bandera, Gillespie, Mason and surrounding counties.
