Gulf Coast Alloy Welding, Inc. (GCAW) has been serving the oil & gas and petrochemical industries since 1981. They fabricate ASME Code pressure vessels, reactors, and process columns. GCAW provides equipment for capital projects direct to major petrochemical plants as well as through engineering and construction firms. GCAW is certified by the State of Texas and the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors and also holds the National Board "R" stamp. Their shop consists of an average of 65 employees and approximately 50,000 square feet of fabrication space. GCAW manufactures custom designed equipment and turn-key modular fabrication, Columns, Tray Towers, Clad equipment and Weld Overlay. Vessels are built, tested, assembled, blasted and painted in-house.
