Goslin-Nix Equestrian Center

Goslin Nix Equestrian Center, located in Magnolia, TX, has been a part of the equestrian community since 1959. The center provides a range of programs, including a riding academy and Arabian horse training, catering to riders of all ages and skill levels. Services include private and group lessons focused on equestrian fundamentals, a show team, and summer camps. The center is dedicated to fostering a love for horses and equestrian sports in a welcoming environment. Originally founded in 1959 by Gwen Nix as The Phillips School of Riding in Bellaire, TX. Gwen Nix and John Nix married in 1964 and soon after that changed the name to Carealot Farms. Over the years they moved around the Houston Area continuing to teach students their knowledge and passion for horses. So many of their students thru the years have gone on to win several national championships. Sadly in 1983 John Nix passed away, but Gwen Nix and her daughter Jennifer Goslin carried on the family business changing the name to Goslin Nix Equestrian Center. Gwen Nix passed on her knowledge and fundamentals to Jennifer. Sadly in 2021 Gwen Nix passed away but her and John Nix's passion and knowledge continue on thru the generations that has spanned over 60 years.
