G Five Cattle Company began when Marvin Garrett acquired pastureland in northeast Texas and started breeding Angus in 2012. Since then, he’s cultivated a high-quality Wagyu seedstock program—including both Fullblood and 50/50 Texas/American crosses—focused on exceptional marbling, flavor, and animal welfare. The ranch employs regenerative pasture management and low-stress cattle handling, raising cattle on open grass grazed lands. Marvin utilizes performance data and carcass imaging technology to continually refine genetics and meat quality, and he ships premium Wagyu beef and by-products nationwide. G Five is also developing as a seedstock source, hosting annual production sales offering bulls, females, semen, and embryos. The ranch has earned recognition—from industry endorsements and media coverage to customer praise—for delivering what they call “the best beef on the planet.”
