First Community Title offers title insurance products and services to protect their client's interest in the investment. They handle residential and commercial development, right of way, for sale by owner purchases, title insurance, foreclosure and Veterans Land Board Purchases, residential refinances and home equity loans, and farm and ranch purchases. They have offices in Temple, Belton, Salado, Harker Heights, and Gatesville TX. The company was established in the 1880s and was purchased by Claire Hartman, Brigitte Allen, David Wolff and Will Lowery in April 2017.
