Dipper Ranch

Dipper Ranch, purchased by the Wisenbaker family in 2001, is a 5,600-acre whitetail deer hunting and breeding operation abundant with native South Texas game. Originally part of the historic Chapman Ranch, the Dipper Ranch name and brand were created in 1948. The Wisenbaker family has invested considerable resources into wildlife management, including genetic diversity, selective harvesting, advanced food plots, and supplemental feeding. Ranch improvements include the construction of tanks and lakes, road improvements, and new facilities.
