Deborah Keenum, Attorney at Law

Deborah Keenum is an attorney at Smith Rose Finley. She is a native of San Angelo, Texas. She specializes in Estate Planning and Probate, Guardianships, Property Law, and Real Estate Law. Deborah graduated from Angelo State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2017. She then attended Texas Tech University School of Law where she graduated in 2020. During law school, Deborah was a member of the Board of Barristers and competed in several advocacy competitions. She also served as a student attorney in the Civil Practice Clinic where she assisted low-income clients with various civil matters. After graduating from law school, Deborah returned to San Angelo to practice law. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Tom Green County Bar Association.
