Community Title's history dates back to 1929, when Angelina County Abstract & Title Company, Inc. was created. In 1998, the Zeleskey Law Firm acquired Lufkin Abstract Company, Inc. and formed Community Title. Community Title has since expanded to Nacogdoches and Polk Counties. Community Title offers commercial and residential services, including 1031 Exchanges and title and closing services. They have three locations to serve you in Lufkin, Nacogdoches and Livingston.
