Cherokee Trace

Cherokee Trace Drive-Thru Safari is a 300-acre park near Jacksonville where guests can drive through open savannah-style habitats and observe over two dozen exotic and endangered species—like zebras, camels, watusi, wildebeest, and African porcupines—from their vehicles. Souvenir animal feed is available for interactive experiences, and visitation runs 361 days a year in the piney woods of East Texas.
