Central Title, with roots tracing back to 1912, provides title and escrow services in East Texas. The company prides itself on delivering high-quality title products and customer service. The company has six locations: Longview, Tyler, Marshall, Gilmer, Hallsville, and Kilgore. Central Title owns and operates sovereign title plants in Gregg, Smith, Harrison, Upshur, and Rusk counties. Originally Central Abstract & Title Company, it was formed in 1931. Over the decades, the company has expanded its operations throughout East Texas. Central Title acquired Harrison County Abstract Company in 1999, Upshur County Abstract in 2002, and Smith County Title in 2008. They opened a Hallsville location in 2013.
