Capital Hatters

Capital Hatters was founded in the summer of 2004 by James Andrae, who previously worked at two other custom hat shops. The business started in a garage and has grown to a 5000 square foot shop in Stephenville, TX, with 5 full-time employees and some seasonal help. In addition to custom felt hats and renovations, they offer the largest straw hat selection in the area, along with boot and shoe repair and saddle and leather repair services. Capital Hatters aims to provide unique services, from custom hat orders to cleaning and re-creasing old favorites and shining boots. James and Kim hope to pass down these skills to their sons. The company prides itself on its team and the work they do.
