Camp Able of Buffalo Gap

Camp Able of Buffalo Gap, established in 2014, is dedicated to empowering individuals with special needs through therapeutic riding and inclusive skills-based programs. Located on 83 acres in Buffalo Gap, TX, the center provides therapeutic riding lessons to individuals with a variety of needs and abilities. Camp Able's facilities include a covered arena (added in 2023) and a 4,000 square foot learning center (added in 2024). The organization also provides sanctuary to unwanted or neglected horses. Camp Able's mission is to empower individuals with special needs through therapeutic riding and inclusive skills-based programs. They envision a community where individuals of all abilities are embraced with dignity, respect, and understanding. Through Therapeutic Riding and Equine Assisted Services, they empower each participant to grow in independence while building strength, confidence, and joy.
