Berry Springs Park & Preserve, located on the outskirts of Georgetown along Berry Creek, features a century-old heritage pecan grove. Visitors can enjoy hiking, biking, fishing, picnicking, and camping. The park offers rentable covered picnic pavilions suitable for gatherings. A playground is available. The park includes amenities such as trails, a playground, pavilions, a fire ring, an amphitheater, and campsites. Park hours are from 7 am to 10 pm daily. Lil' Bob and Pedro, the park's donkeys, are a popular attraction. Reservations can be made for overnight campsites, group pavilions, the amphitheater, and the fire ring. The amphitheater is available on a first-come, first-served basis and does not require a fee. The park also offers the Grove Pavilion, Mill Pavilion and Tonkawa Pavilion. Ongoing construction includes a visitor center, open-air pavilion, remote restroom, trail extension under CR152, additional paved parking, and a maintenance area. A shared-use path connecting the City's Westside Park and Berry Springs Park & Preserve is under construction.
