Bell County Regional Compost Facility

Bell County Regional Compost Facility, located in Killeen, Texas, serves all of Central Texas. The facility provides compost products used by landscapers, nurseries, construction companies, and homeowners. They offer Bio Loam, Bio Mulch, and Bio Select, which are suitable for lawns, gardens, plants, trees, and soil rejuvenation. Bio Select is a mixture of Bio Loam compost and sandy loam topsoil. The facility is open five days a week, excluding Wednesdays and Sundays. It collaborates with Bell County Water Control & Improvement District No.1 and the City of Killeen to dispose of bio-solids and brush in ways that benefit the community. The facility has been serving central Texas since 2011.
