It is located in Franklin Mountains State Park. The park is located on the northern edge of El Paso, in far West Texas. There are four main access points to this park: Tom Mays Unit, McKelligon Canyon, Smugglers Pass (Ron Coleman Trail), and the Northeast section of the park, at the end of Jon Cunningham Blvd.
