Angel Wings Ranch

Angel Wings Ranch, founded in 2018 by Rena and Mike Schroeder, is a nonprofit organization based in Salado, TX, dedicated to providing faith-based equine-assisted learning. The ranch partners clients with rescued horses to promote healthy life skills and stimulate positive behavioral changes through customized sessions. They offer both Western and English style riding lessons for individuals aged 6 and up. The organization's mission is to equip clients to overcome life’s challenges and create a future of hope, while their vision is to be a refuge for those who feel broken, offering freedom, encouragement, and hope. All horses used in the program have been rescued from mistreatment or neglect. The organization also houses a donkey and a pig.
