Medina Lake Cajun Festival
The Medina Lake Cajun Festival celebrates the flavors and rhythms of Louisiana with live Cajun and Zydeco bands, a gumbo cook-off, arts and crafts booths, children’s games, and local cuisine. Established in the early 1980s as a community fundraiser, the festival has grown into a beloved annual tradition in Lakehills. Visitors enjoy dance floors, homemade food, festival contests, and family entertainment in a fun-filled outdoor setting.
