Part of the Fiesta de la Paloma weekend in downtown Coleman (September 19–20, 2025), this festival includes a dove cook-off competition with prizes, live music, food vendors, a car and motorcycle show, and a feel-good community atmosphere. Contestants compete in dove and BBQ categories on the courthouse lawn before awards at the main stage.
