Texas Tail Chasers is a Galveston-based fishing charter service, specializing in bay and near-shore fishing. They fish for trophy Speckled Trout, Redfish, Sharks, and a variety of other game fish and cater to anglers of every skill level. They welcome kids, families, bachelor/bachelorette parties, corporate trips, and tournaments. Trips include rods, reels, tackle, bait, and all fish cleaned and bagged. Captain Jimmy New is a U.S.C.G. licensed Captain who has been fishing the waters of Galveston Bay for over 25 years and has also guided and competed in various tournaments all over the Galveston Bay Complex for over 10 years. He takes pride in putting his customers in the best spots for catching a possible fish of a lifetime, while also having a great and memorable experience on the water! Target fish include Speckled Trout, Redfish, Flounder, Sharks, Bull Reds, Jacks, Kingfish, Spanish Mackerel, and Black Drum. They offer bay trips and nearshore trips.
