Spicewood Farms

Spicewood Farms is a full-service horse boarding and training facility conveniently located in North Austin. The facility caters to English and Western riders and offers boarding, lessons, and training. Spicewood Farms provides a family-friendly and clean environment. Lesson programs are customized for riders interested in riding competitively or for pleasure. The facility includes stalls, pens with shelter, and shaded pastures with shelter. They have cedar-lined tack rooms and hot and cold water wash racks. There is a large lighted arena with a jumping course, a well-lit sand arena, a shaded observation porch, and a lighted 60' round pen. Woodland trails are also available in the area. Spicewood Farms offers stall board, pen board, and pasture board options. Stall board includes large, well-ventilated stalls with rubber matted floors, bedding, Dutch doors, and automatic waterers. Pen board includes large pens with shelters and automatic waterers. Pasture board includes shaded pastures with shelter. Riding lessons are available for students and horses. The lesson program requires basic riding skills (walk/trot), ages 10 and older, and a maximum weight of 150 lbs.
