Cavco Homes builds manufactured homes, modular homes, commercial buildings, park model RVs and vacation cabins. Founded in 1965, Cavco has 31 factories and 79 retail sales centers across the country. Cavco's CountryPlace Mortgage and the Cavco Insurance Division provide financing and insurance. The company offers customizable floor plans. In 2025, Cavco celebrated its 60th anniversary. In 2009, Cavco began acquiring homebuilders including Fleetwood Homes, Palm Harbor Homes, Chariot Eagle RV Park Models, Fairmont Homes, Friendship Homes, Destiny Homes, Colony Factory Crafted Homes, Solitaire Homes and Commodore Homes, which included its brands Pennwest Homes, Manorwood Homes, R-Anell Homes and Midcountry Homes. In December 2023, Cavco launched The Anthem, the first nationally available, HUD-approved duplex series.
