Lower Neches WMA is a 7,998-acre wildlife management area located near Bridge City in Orange County, Texas. It consists primarily of briny coastal marshland. The area is known for historic sites and birding opportunities and is a stopover for migratory game and non-game birds. The WMA is divided into three main units: the Nelda Stark Unit, the Old River Unit, and the Adams Bayou Unit. It is open for fishing and other recreational activities from September 1 to October 31 and February 1 through August 31. Hunting for game birds is permitted during the respective open seasons.
