J.A.C. Welding & Fabrication provides shop and portable welding services to customers throughout the Fort Worth region, offering repair and fabrication services with food grade quality capability on stainless steel and aluminum. They specialize in various types of fabrication that range from tables, stands, mezzanines, hoppers and ladders to conveyers, gas well stimulation skids and power washer skids. Other items include hydraulic reservoirs, manifolds, motor and pump mounts and much more. Their welding process includes: SMAW (stick); GTAW (tig); GMAW (mig); FCAW (flux core), brazing, soldering and spot welding on most types of metal, including stainless and carbon steel, aluminum, cast iron, brass, copper and some heat treatable carbon steels such as 4130, 4340, etc. They also do hard facing or any type of build-up and overlay for worn surfaces. In addition to a full-size shear and press brake for metal forming, they have large inventory of in-house equipment that includes: Shear, brake, roll, pinch roll, spot welder, iron worker, flux core, mig welders, plasma cutter and automatic saw. They also do repairs on aluminum or steel tanks, aluminum wheels, cylinders, motor brackets, etc. They are A.S.M.E. Section IX and A.W.S D 1.1 Certified.
